Guaranteed top quality in all production steps

In order to meet our own high quality standards, the entire production process is subject to constant monitoring. To comply with the minimum standard tolerance, we produce the initial sample test reports using a 3D video measuring microscope. The components are visually and tactilely monitored and can, on request, be tested during the complete manufacturing process with the SPC system. The process reliability achieved is below 200 ppm for all products. For components with the highest safety requirements, compliance with tolerances of below 20 ppm is possible.
